We reserve the right to change product prices and to provide discounts without notice. Please check these terms periodically for changes. You agree that each time you visit our Site, you shall be subject to and bound by the current terms of this Agreement.
This Site is operated by Michael Wellik operating as The Strawberry Store, LLC and also known as Strawberry Seed Store from its office in the State of Delaware, United States of America. Strawberry Seed Store makes no representations that materials in this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local and national laws.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
SHIPPING OPTIONS
At checkout you will see two options for shipping. Zone Rates means Flat Rate Priority International Mail. This is the best class for International orders because it is expedited. There are no tracking options but mail via this class will arrive in 7 to 10 days.
Due to demand we added a Flat Rate option. This means first class mail in a padded envelope. Shipment with this class can take 2 to 4 weeks to some International destinations. We assume no responsibility at all for orders mailed at this rate. We also will not try to answer questions about the status of an order sent via this class.
PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The check/money order option is made available for those customers who wish to use Western Union. We do not encourage this payment option because we must pickup payment as a distant location which can delay the shipment of the order. When other payment options are not possible we will accept Western Union payments. Please inquire before placing an order about procedures to handle a Western Union payment.

Strawberry Seed Store is not responsible for lost shipments, confiscated items, delayed orders, duties or taxes. Customer is advised to contact Strawberry Seed Store if a shipment has been lost or damaged. Tracking information is provided for shipments within the United States and customer is advised to contact their local USPS office regarding lost or damaged packages. No guarantee of delivery is made for International Orders. It is impossible to track these orders and customer assumes the risk of the loss of the shipment when placing an order.
